Our Heritage at FirstChurch

First Methodist Church, San Angelo has been in San Angelo for over 138 years, offering an open door to all who come to seek the Word. Over the many years, God's Spirit has enlivened us, sustained us, and made us into who we are today. We have been tasked with making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world, and we look forward to what God has in store for the future of FirstChurch. While we truly believe God has an exciting future for us, we realize how important it is for us to remember where we've come from in terms of our Scriptural heritage, our Wesleyan Heritage, and our Methodist Heritage.
