Loving Our Neighbors. Serving Our Community. Sharing the Light of Christ.
Lake View Lighthouse is a community outreach ministry of First Methodist Church, San Angelo, serving our neighbors in the Lake View community.
Located in the former Lake View United Methodist Church building at 263 E. 40th Street, directly across from Goliad Elementary School, the Lighthouse provides a place where our church and community can come together to build relationships, meet needs, and share the love of Jesus.
Through food assistance, community outreach, special events, service projects, and other ministries, we seek to care for both the practical and spiritual needs of our neighbors. More than simply a building, the Lake View Lighthouse is an extension of First Methodist’s mission—a place to serve, connect, encourage, and walk alongside the people of our community.
We are grateful for every volunteer, ministry partner, family, and neighbor who helps make the Lighthouse a place of hope and connection.

What a wonderful season of ministry at the Lake View Lighthouse!
These past few weeks have been filled with opportunities to serve, connect, and share God’s love with our neighbors. We’re thankful for every volunteer who gives their time, every family who joins us, and every person who helps make the Lighthouse a meaningful part of the Lake View community. Together, we’re building relationships, serving our neighbors, and sharing the light of Christ beyond the walls of our church.
