While the Wesley Nurse program is a component of Methodist Healthcare Ministries' ecumenical outreach and located within churches, it does not teach a set of denominational beliefs. All Wesley Nurse programs are free, and all members of the community are welcome. Programs are offered to groups or on an individual basis.
Help Wanted! - In preparation for the July Dental Clinic being held at the Church, a patient Prescreening Event has been scheduled for Friday and Saturday, June 19-20 at Dr. Lewright’s office near Knickerbocker Road & the Loop. They’re expecting around 70 volunteers to be involved each day. Help is needed with the hospitality room, particularly during lunchtime 11-12:30, and to straighten up at the end of the day, approximately 4pm. If you are available to help, please contact Sherrie Walker in the Church Office or sign up at the Information Desk in the FirstPlace Café and you’ll be contacted.
